<p>Myri is a welcoming and non-judgmental community that serves as the ultimate digital assistant for mothers. It provides a guiding hand during the postpartum period, focusing on your wellness. Developed by a clinical pharmacist and certified personal trainer experienced in pre and postnatal care, Myri ensures that you're in capable hands. It's a creation made by a mom, for moms – because we understand the challenges.</p>

<p>Within our App, you'll find an array of resources at your fingertips, catering to both you and your baby. We offer custom workouts tailored to your recovery, as well as essential tools to simplify postpartum tracking. This eliminates the need for multiple apps and logs, allowing us to be your trusted sidekick.</p>

<p>After returning home from the hospital, there is generally a six-week period before seeing a healthcare provider and receiving clearance to begin exercising. During this time, it's important for moms to focus on foundational restorative techniques that address pelvic health and diastasis recti (commonly known as "mommy pooch"). This App recognizes that you can't rush into vigorous exercise and that you shouldn't. We understand that moms have limited time available for workouts, which is why we've designed routines that yield measurable results within just 10-25 minutes each day. Everything within this App has been carefully crafted to support you during one of the most memorable and challenging phases of your life.</p>

<h2>How Myri Works:</h2>

<p>Simply complete a short survey and provide details about your delivery experience so that we can determine the most suitable workouts based on your journey. Workouts are scheduled weekly, and your progress is assessed within the App before advancing to the next phase. Each week, we also provide expectations for both you and your baby after coming home. Our approach is informative and transparent, focusing on practical tips rather than clinical jargon.</p>
